iDVR Suite includes three parties: iDVR Suite device agent for Askey Connected Car Cam+, websites for iDVR Suite management and developers, iDVR Suite cloud services.

Either using iDVR Suite management website or utilize iDVR Suite cloud apis to bulid your own service to access your Askey Connected Car Cam+ or the telemetry assets.

Four cloud resources are definded for iDVR Suite: - IoT, internet of things, manage assets with device information and remote control. - FMS, fleet management, driving behavior analysis and carried out complex vehicle applications. - Call Center, a support center for your customer service. Real- time live-view and e-call to support drivers while they needed. - Device Management, to perform device management with device settings and application management.
